CyrilProd is a completely independent and unprofessional organization, managed by Cyril Alberti, a video montage enthusiast for more than fifteen years.

 

This document aims to provide maximum transparency and ensure good understanding between CyrilProd and its customers, by determining some concepts necessary for mutual trust

 

By reading this document, you acknowledge having been informed of Cyril's method of work, you confirm the title of your video project and specify the exact nature of the material (photos or videos) that you provide, you accept the deadline for completion and the determined price

Nature of the work :

​

·  Realization of a video montage or photos.

 

· Material provided by the customer: (nb) photos, (nb) videos.

 

· Text to insert (or not): a word document containing these details is to be sent by email to macphoenix@orange.fr

 

Music :

 

For a trailer (type "trailer" or "video-pub"), CyrilProd reserves the choice of music. In the case where the customer has a special request, it is important to know that not all music can make a good trailer.

 

· Regarding video editing or photos, the customer is free to give the music he wants.

 

But CyrilProd can give advice to the client in lack of ideas

 

Completion time :

 

· Whatever the project (video-photos, video-clip, trailer, video-pub), the average working time is 4 days. It can go up to 1 week depending on changes that may occur during work

·         During realization, Cyril will be able to consult you for an opinion or a detail necessary for the good realization of your project.

for any clarification you deem useful (adding or removing some photos, text to edit).

​

·Note however that it won’t be possible, of course, to make major changes in progress (such as a change of music for example, while the project is almost completed).

​

·On the other hand, CyrilProd can decide, by mutual agreement with the customer (and if the reasons brought by the latter are legitimate and judicious), to redo the project in order to satisfy the customer as well as possible and for the sake of doing a clean work .

In this case, the project would of course take a few extra days

 

Fixed price

·

 The prices correspond to the selected option, they are registered on the page "Rates" of the site

· If a USB key is provided by CyrilProd, a small fee of 5 € will be requested.

 

·Payment method :

Payment method accepted: Paypal

CyrilProd undertakes to keep the client informed of the progress of the project

An advance will be requested to start the project

 

Once the project is finished, a test video will be sent for validation by the client

The balance of the payment will then be made and the final file will be given to the customer

Mode of reception of the material and mode of delivery of the final project:

The material provided by the customer t:

· The photos are to be sent in JPEG format.

· Photo in digital quality would still be perfect for a better rendering

​

· Videos can be sent in any format MP4, AVI etc ... (CyrilProd can convert all the formats for its base of work).

​

. The final project will be sent to the customer in MP4 format (if other format wished, make the request by email to CyrilProd).

· USB stick: you send your own USB key, which is returned to you with the recording of your final project (or CyrilProd can provide you with a USB key for an additional lump sum of: 5 €

Clause prohibiting subsequent exploitation of the creations (to the customer's attention)

 

By agreeing that CyrilProd makes your video clip, you agree not to use its creation for purposes other than your private use.

​

In the case of a video for advertising purpose (events, trailers), intended to circulate outside the private context, you agree not to make any changes that could deserve the work done for you by CyrilProd.

​

CyrilProd may be required to request your permission to publish, on its site only, your project done by it, in order to decorate its site with examples of work for future clients. Your decision will, of course, be fully respected

Clause prohibiting the subsequent exploitation of creative media (for the attention of CyrilProd)

​

CyrilProd undertakes never to use the photos and videos of the users of its site for purposes other than that of the project that has been ordered.

​

At the end of the project, when it is completed and handed over to the client who has validated it, CyrilProd also undertakes to destroy all the parts that will have been used for the said project.

By accepting these terms, you agree to instruct CyrilProd to make your video project, recognizing that you have read all the details and accepted them
